As a designer and maker, I make work almost exclusively for young audiences. I often uses sustainable materials such as card, paper and found objects. My work ranges from installations to props, puppets and dioramas for theatre shows, walkabouts and events. I have been an associate artist for Theatre Royal in Brighton since 2015, as well as working with Tea Dance for Little People for many years. During this time I have designed and made props and performance environments for shows at venues such as The Southbank Centre, The LSO, Waterman’s Arts Centre and the Horniman Museum. I designed Theatre Royal, Brighton’s interactive Borrowers Trail in 2016 and family Christmas walkabout show Nellie Limelight and the Oysters of Time in 2018. We are Currently working on Dot Dot Spot, an interactive play space for children age 2-4 for Christmas 2024.

I also design for print, and have produced promotional images for workshops and shows for Theatre Royal, Brighton and other organisations including Spun Glass Theatre. Spun Glass have also commissioned me to research and design a series of early years resource packs, which were distributed in food banks across the South Coast and London.
